Marcelo Santos Selected Pacific Premier League Player Of The Week

SAN FRANCISCO (November 12, 2025) - Santa Clara SC forward Marcelo Santos has been selected Pacific Premier League Player of the Week for Nov. 3-9. 

Santos scored three goals as Santa Clara SC defeated Dublin Celtic FC 8-3 in a Pacific Premier League First Division match at Reed & Grant Sports Park in Santa Clara, CA, on Saturday, Nov. 8.

Born in São Bernardo do Campo, São Paulo, Brazil, Santos moved to the United States in 2022. He previously played professionally for São Bernardo FC in Brazil, C.D. Mafra in Portugal, and Desportivo Brasil in Brazil. This is Santos’ second Pacific Premier League Player of the Week selection this season. 

The Pacific Premier League Player of the Week is selected from nominations from league members.
