Jose De La Cruz Selected SoCal Premier League U.S. Army Player of the Week

LA MIRADA, CA (April 16, 2025) – Playmaker FC striker Jose De La Cruz has been selected SWPL Player of the Week.

De La Cruz scored the first three goals as Playmaker FC earned a 5-3 victory over FC United Kingdom in a SoCal Premier League match at Orange County Great Park in Irvine, CA, on Saturday, April 12.

De La Cruz graduated from Westminster (CA) High School and previously played for Golden West College (CCCAA).

U.S. Army is the exclusive sponsor of the SoCal Premier League Player of the Week. The SoCal Premier League Player of the Week is selected from nominations from league members.
