Modesto City FC Moves on to San Diego Spring Final with Win over Intra FC

On July 11, 2026, the San Diego Super Liga Spring Cup Semifinal was played at Town Center Community Park in Santee, CA, between 3rd Seed Modesto City FC SoCal and 2nd Seed Intra FC.

In a hard-fought match, Modesto City FC SoCal was able to upset the 2nd Seed Intra FC to move on to the Final against Chula Vista FC later this month. During regular season play, these two Semifinal teams clashed three times, resulting in one draw and two wins for Intra FC. Now, in the playoff, Modesto City was able to overcome their wall of Intra FC.
