Earl Alexander Selected SoCal Premier League Manager of Season

LA MIRADA (July 15, 2025) - The SoCal Premier League is pleased to announce that Real Sociedad O.C.’s Earl Alexander has been selected as the Manager of the Season for the 2024-’25 campaign.

Real Sociedad O.C.’s tenured gaffer, Alexander topped all finalists with five first-place votes from the 10 club managers in the SoCal Premier League’s 1st Division.

A former player for Real Sociedad O.C., Alexander previously guided the club the CalSouth State Cup title and the SoCal Premier League’s Under-23 championship. This season, Real Sociedad advanced to the semifinals of the Raul Briones Cup and finished with a 13-2-2 overall league record.
