Lore On The Line In Abronzino Cup Final

SAN FRANCISCO (February 27, 2025) - Is Bay Area United back or will Santa Clara SC seal its place in Pacific Premier League lore?

Either way, a champion will emerge as Santa Clara SC hosts Bay Area United in the Umberto Abronzino Cup Final on Saturday night at Reed & Grant Sports Park in Redwood City.

It will be the first matchup between the two clubs since 2023, when Bay Area United finished three points ahead of Santa Clara SC for second place in the Pacific Premier League. Both team owns a win in two all-time meetings.

Santa Clara SC, the inaugural 2023 Abronzino Cup champion, finished 7-1-4 and in fourth place in the Pacific Premier League during the 2025/26 season.

Bay Area United recently competed in The League for Clubs and the United Premier Soccer League.
