SCPL Week 7 Recap: Forza SC’s Win Reverberates

LA MIRADA, CA (October 27, 2025) - The SoCal Premier League table has been shaken.

Alex Monjaraz scored twice for Forza SC in a 3-2 victory over Real Sociedad O.C. in a SoCal Premier League First Division match at Orange County Great Park in Irvine, CA, on Saturday, Oct. 25.

Forza’s win catapults Artesia DES FC into first place for the SCPL First Division after its victory on Sunday. Noah Leonardo scored a brace as Artesia DES FC defeated AMSG Elite 4-1 at Oak Creek Park in Irvine.

Artesia DES FC (4-1-1 overall) has 13 points and currently leads Real Sociedad O.C. (4-0-1) while Forza SC (3-0-2) is in third place with 9 points.

Also on Sunday, Temecula FC received a 3-0 forfeit victory against FC United Kingdom after FCUK did not travel to Patricia H. Birdsall Sports Park in Temecula for the match.

In the Second Division, Stewart Alvayero scored four goals for Montclair Academy FC in a 7-1 victory over FC Cypress at Orange County Great Park in Irvine. Montclair Academy FC forward Miles Metoyer added two goals in the win.

Montclair Academy FC (5-0-0) is in first place for the SCPL Second Division with 15 points and a plus-39 goal differential.

Also on Sunday at Oak Creek Park in Irvine, Daniel Carmona scored a brace for as Academia Gullit beat AMSG U23 4-1, and Jorden Hinz scored a brace for Fontana Legacy FC in a 2-1 victory over Atlas FC South Bay.

Zapa FC (5-0-1) is in second place with 15 points, and Academia Gullit (4-1-0) is third with 13 points.
