FC Cypress & Forza OC Advance To Brent Freeman Cup Final
LA MIRADA, CA (May 6, 2025) - FC Cypress is headed back to the final of the Brent Freeman Cup.
It took another goal from Jerry Mejia - his third in the two-leg series - but FC Cypress earned a 3-3 draw and a 5-4 win over Playmaker FC in a SoCal Premier League Brent Freeman Cup semifinals second leg at Orange County Great Park in Irvine on Sunday, May 4.
The win advances FC Cypress to its second Brent Freeman Cup Final in three years.
Also on Sunday, Forza OC finished off Olympiacos CA Reserves with a 2-0 (3-0) win at Portola Springs Community Park in Irvine.
