Max Rodriguez Selected SoCal Premier League U.S. Army Player of the Week

LA MIRADA, CA (April 9, 2025) – La Familia FC midfielder Max Rodriguez has been selected SWPL Player of the Week.

Rodriguez had the opening goal as La Familia FC earned a 2-0 victory over Playmaker FC in a SoCal Premier League match at Orange County Great Park in Irvine, CA, on Saturday, April 6.

Rodriguez was drafted by the San Diego Sockers (MASL) in 2023, and previously helped La Familia FC achieve promotion to SoCal Premier League Division two seasons ago.

U.S. Army is the exclusive sponsor of the SoCal Premier League Player of the Week. The SoCal Premier League Player of the Week is selected from nominations from league members.
