Rashad Jahan Selected SWPL Final Man Of The Match

WHITTIER, CA (August 23, 2025) – The Southwest Premier League is pleased to announce Colorado Switchbacks FC II’s Rashad Jahan as its SWPL Final Man of the Match.

Jahan, a 5-foot-10 midfielder, scored two goals to lead Colorado Switchbacks FC II to its first SWPL Finals Championship with a 3-0 win over Sin City Mafia on Saturday, August 23 at Rio Hondo College Soccer Stadium.

“Rashad scored early and often to put Switchbacks on top, and he definitely had a massive impact on the match,” SWPL Commissioner Kian Kohan said. “His first goal gave his team a lot of confidence to push for more and he delivered. It was a big-time performance.”

Jahan, 19, is a native of Lakewood, CO, and scored 21 goals with 11 assists in 25 varsity matches for Lakewood High. He was an all-state honorable mention as a senior in 2024.

Colorado Switchbacks FC II (10-0-1 overall) won four of its last five to claim the Mountain Premier League during the 2025 Spring Season.
