SCPL Week 9 Recap: It’s Dolton At The Death For FC United Kingdom

LA MIRADA, CA (November 10, 2025) - Max Dolton picked a perfect time for his first goal of the season.

Dolton scored in the 90th minute as FC United Kingdom earned a 3-2 victory over Artesia DES FC in a SoCal Premier League First Division match at Orange County Great Park in Irvine, CA, on Saturday, Nov. 8.

FC United Kingdom (2-3-3 overall) is unbeaten over its last two matches to keep out of last place in first place in the SCPL First Division with 9 points after eight matches.

Francisco Vieira and Diego Campos scored a goal in the loss for Artesia DES FC (4-1-3), which has lost two in a row.

On Sunday, Ebrima Njie scored another hat trick as league-leading Real Sociedad O.C. earned an 8-1 win over AMSG Elite at Orange County Great Park, and Temecula FC II beat Forza SC 2-1 at Oak Creek Park in Irvine.

In the Second Division, Velizar Dimov scored twice as One More FC put the ball into the net four times in the second half to come from behind to beat AMSG U23 4-1 at Orange County Great Park in Irvine on Saturday, Nov. 8.

Zapa FC (7-0-1) is in first place in the SCPL Second Division with 21 points. Montclair Academy FC (6-0-1) is in second place, and Academia Gullit (5-2-1) is third.
