PPL Week 1 Recap: In Motion FC Scores Six In Season Opener

SAN FRANCISCO (September 23, 2025) - In Motion FC keeps moving.

Midfielders Julio Gonzalez and Ciaran Hernon both scored hat tricks for In Motion FC in a 6-2 victory over South San Francisco AC in the Pacific Premier League Men’s First Division season opener at El Camino High School Stadium in South San Francisco, CA, on Sunday, Sept. 21.

South San Francisco AC midfielder Aidan Durgerian scored a brace in the loss.

This result will give In Motion FC (1-0-0) confidence in defense of its recent PPL title.

Also on Sunday, Erick Fernandez, Erick Vasquez and Anthony Moran all scored a goal for Silicon Valley FC in a 6-2 win over Atletico San Jose at Watson Park Field in San Jose, and Evan Snodgrass scored a brace for JSC Jasa in a 2-1 win over Legends SC 2-1 in a closely-contested match at Red Morton Park in Redwood City.
